Messages from Places (across time and space)
Using sparklers, a very romantic and evocative medium, I have attempted to bring across a singular message, from different places and at different times in the night, to the viewer. This challenges the notion of time and space in the rearrangement of its system, by creating a system which visually bridges the same sentiment felt at the different places and timings. The message is a simple “Hello” which in this case, would be my general acknowledgement of all the potential viewers of this work, be it strangers or my close ones.
